• Led diverse teams of up to 10 qualified engineers for landmark projects for the Oil&Gas industry. • Reduced recurring project expenditure by leading a team of engineers and designers in establishing an internal standards library.
• Part of the organizations Management Developement Program (called the Young Talent Program), in The Hague, Netherlands.
• Conducted quality system studies to quantitatively measure the quality awareness within the organization and formulated an awareness campaign targeting issues revealed by the studies.
• Have worked as part of teams split across several time zones, including The Netherlands, U.A.E., Russia and Vietnam.
• Rallied within the organization to raise charity towards a school for children with special needs, by getting people to participate in a for-charity cricket tournament, despite my lack of prior experience with the sport.

• Generated new project sales up to EUR 400k by coordinating teams of up to 6 disciplines and crafting precise bid packages suited to client needs.
• Generated EUR 4.3mio worth of additional project revenue and raised the company expertise pool by introducing computer assisted engineering design to the organization.
• Reduced recurring internal expenditure by an estimated EUR 370k per annum by initiating and deploying a data-driven application that assisted in generating deliverables lists for new proposals and projects, based on historical data collected over time.
